Traffic Stats uses TomTom historical/archive data to provide traffic-related statistics. This process is performed constantly as incoming data are being delivered non-stop. Once the location data is sent by multiple devices (mobile, automotive, TomTom proprietary data, and fleet management), it’s archived within the TomTom servers, and either immediately map-matched to the TomTom Map or map-matched during your report processing and ultimately made available through Traffic Stats. The entire process, from first data input until analysis availability via Traffic Stats, takes up to 72 hours. In other words, the most recent reports that can be made using Traffic Stats are 3 days in the past. It's important to note that reports generated within the last 3 days may be missing data.
